Really easy diet for working single mum

Hi, I'm a single mum and work full time. I weigh 12 stone and am 5 ft 1. I want to lose 3 stone. I have a two year old DD. I'm constantly in a rush and have very little time to prepare meals. My DD has all her meals at nursery during the week, so that isn't a problem. I wondered if anyone knew of a really easy diet, which required very little time and preparation?

Thank you.

Just cut the carbs and drink plenty of water

16:8. Eat same stuff just within 8 hour window - choose what works for you. Really limits mindless snacking/boredom or comfort eating for me which is my main downfall.

Go to the weight loss resource website (I can't do links). You get 24 hours free access so you could download a diet that suits your budget and lifestyle.

I would try and buy pre-packed stuff when possible. Makes it easier to save time, keep track of calories and not be tempted to overeat, especially if you are just feeding yourself. I have been using the Iceland Slimming World meLs, usually a deal where you get free yoghurts and you get free delivery if you spend £35. Also cartons of soup, Baxters Doups, some have 2 or 3 of your 5 a day, breakfast bars. I know I could get skated here, but it really does save time, money and calories. I usually eat a small bag of nuts for lunch. Protein helps you stay full. Good luck

Take a day each week to prep food for the following week.

Drink a glass of water before each meal & in between if you feel hungry.

Don't buy snacks other than fruit and veg (you can't eat crap if you don't buy it)
