How many calories for a breastfeeding SAHM to maintain?

I'm 5'6" and would like to maintain at about 9 stone. I'm finding MFP calorie allowance is too much (without putting in breastfeeding calories!). So wondered what other people eat?
I'm a SAHM to a perpetually active 1yo (still breastfeed loads), and 3yo with preschool drop offs etc (on foot but a short walk) and a 6yo with school drop offs again on foot.
I do t exercise much (20 minutes jog about twice a week) but I'm always on my feet.

So if you are similar how many calories would you be eating? Thank you!

Anyone? I'm finding I'm maintaining at 9 stone 3 on just 1500 calories which doesn't feel sustainable to me - I'm frequently hungry and feeling drained...

Hmm. I know babies take around 500 calories per day in breastmilk. But that's when they're under 6 months so not on a mixed diet.

I'd try giving yourself an extra 300 maybe and see how you go??

Well MFP suggests I should be maintaining in about 1800, then if you said 300 for breastfeeding nthat makes 2100. But I'm maintaining on 1500 and have for 2 weeks - and I've been weighing everything!
GAH :(

I'm no expert but I think if you constantly eat a small amount your metabolism slows down and your body gets used to that amount. You have to find that sweet spot where you eat enough to keep the metabolism going enough to burn off the excess fat. I assume that's why at Weight watchers you get different amounts of points based on how much you weigh, the activity you do etc.

I'm breastfeeding and am pretty active. I don't calories count particularly as I think I'd get obsessed, but I did count for a few days just to get an idea of what I have and it was about 1700 ish.
