My DH is looking to lose a few pounds (he's overweight but certainly not in the obese category yet).
However, he doesn't like diets, organised exercise or 'health' foods (quinoa is considered a swear word). 
I do the majority of the cooking so I was just hoping to be a bit mindful of ingredients and portion sizes and was looking for recommendations of recipes that don't scream 'diet' but are healthy.
Does anyone have any recipe recommendations? I've heard the hairy dieter books are good but maybe a bit prep-heavy.
