Lighter Life Experts - just wondered if you can share what is involved in the Medical

Hi there
I am starting Lighter Life later this year. My friend is on it and has given me the inspiration to join her.
I know you have to have a pre-LL Medical plus other medicals during the program.
The only reason I ask is I suffer incredibly badly from White Coat Syndrome - I haven't had high BP except in pregnancy when check by the consultant - it went so high it broke the machine! 10 mins later it was taken by 2 separate midwifes and was completley normal again.
I just want to know what to expect so that perhaps I can get the nurse to do the BP seperately and pass the info over to the doctor.
THanks loads x x x

Can I join you all please? Went for my first meeting on Thursday and am now on day 3. Get my mini check tomorrow night so I can report back on the outcome. Can't believe that I'm not hungry in the slightest. The only thing that's made me go oooo was the smell of toast, but I'm learning. Dh is kindly doing the shopping this afternoon for me.

Can I also say that reading through this thread and the others really helped me in deciding to do this, so thank you all whho have contributed so far.

Of course you can join us sammac. Hope the weekend hasn't been too difficult. Although I am ok doing it I have had lots of dreams recently about eating - basically cheating on the diet - does it mean I want to or that I am aware that I shouldn't?
