I leave the house at 7am so exercise before work isn't going to happen.
Work is either a 45 minute drive away or 1 hour if I get the train - I choose the train so at least I can walk 10 mins to the station.
I work on a soulless estate by a main road, no park to walk around at lunch time.
There's a tempting, subsidised staff canteen which doesn't help and I tend to only take 1/2 hour lunch so I can leave early.
Get home by around 6pm and have 1.5 hours to spend time with DD before she goes to bed. Is there any exercise I could feasibly do with a 2 year old in this time that won't get her over exciteud?
By 7.30pm I know I should exercise but by this time I'm tired and hungry and have zero motivation! And I want to say hello to DP.
What do other working parents do?
