BIWI, OP has said time is an issue for her, so I'm guessing that's her thinking there?
While it is certainly cheap to eat junk food, there are plenty of affordable, healthy options available to you. You say time is an issue for you, so I'm assuming cooking a healthy meal every night is out of the question. Have you looked into meal prep? Taking your Sunday morning to prepare a few meals for the week is the best way to make sure you're eating a healthy breakfast, avoiding temptations at work, and save you from having to cook at the end of the day. There are TONS of resources available for finding healthy, easy to cook, easy to store meals, but if you want a place to start I'm a fan of a lot of the recipes this article has to share: www.beachbodyondemand.com/blog/nutrition/get-fit-with-this-meal-prep-for-two
As for exercising, there's a lot that you can do at-home with little to no investment monetarily. As charimito pointed out, running is free! You also have pushups, sit ups, cruches, lunges and countless other exercises you can easily do at home whenever you have a few minutes to spare. If motivation and self-discipline are a problem for you, maybe consider an at-home program? I'm a big fan of Beachbody's products and, again, the vast majority don't require any equipment or investment beyond the actual DVD. You can actually check out their on demand service's free trial and sample a lot of their more popular workouts to see if it works for you: www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/on-demand-workout-videos.do
Not to be harsh OP, but you're making a lot of excuses. While they may all be valid roadblocks between you and the body you want, like NSEA said, excuses aren't going to make the work easier. You need to either accept that you need to make changes and sacrifices or accept that you aren't going to have the body that you want to have.
