Lunarsea, I'm really sorry, I'm sure I got your e-mail as well. Was posting last night after a whole bottle of wine so I am really sorry that I missed you out.

-4 Lunarsea? That's fantastic Well done! Any tips?

Roisin - apart from the frozen fruit tip I posted before I don't think there's any great secret. All I'm really doing is a small breakfast (an apple or a museli bar), lots of fruit midday, normal meals but without the rice/pasta/potato type element (and extra veg instead) in the evenings, and no snacks except strawberries/raspberries in between. And no alcohol Mon-Fri. But I definately relax the restricions a lot at weekends - have had bread, cheese, wine and raspberry fool today for example. Actually I think the 5-day a week element to it might help as it seems to kick start things again every week rather than my body going into "I'm starving" mode. Knowing it's only a few days until I get a "day off" makes it easier to persuade myself to stick with it on weekdays too.

Ooohhhh I like your tips! We're going to a BIG wedding next Saturday, and staying in hotel with inclusive breakfast on the Sunday. So sounds like I have your blessing to pig out at the wedding feast, drink loads of alcohol, AND enjoy breakfast next day as well

I bought myself a gorgeous, long, fitted linen dress today: Makes it all worthwhile.
