Yes I know eat healthily and exercise more, I know
but I'm just constantly hungry and constantly craving comforting junk food.
I'm doing a PGDE at uni and it is very demanding I'm up to my eyeballs in work and stressed to the max. I also have fibromyalgia so any sort of high impact exercise is out although I try and walk the dog every day and regularly do 10,000 steps and more a day.
What else? Well I was about 9 stone always wanting to lose that half a stone not I'm at least 9 and a half nearly 10. My clothes don't fit me everything's tight and I just feel like a blob. I'm only 5 foot 3inches and am a pear so all the weight is on my hips and bum although I do look about 5 months gone some days.
If I don't stop eating I'll have put on 3 stone by the end of this course.
