I was meant to be losing weight these last few months and instead have put on so much that all my clothes are tight. It's all due to self control, but has anyone got tips on how to just stop snacking? I can't seem to be able to have just one biscuit or one chocolate, I'll easily eat a whole packet a day. I know I retreat to the kitchen when the kids are getting a bit much (I'm an introvert) but surely there's things I can do to stop pigging out. Every morning I think I'm going to be good today, and by 3 o'clock I've eaten everything in sight. It's so stupid! I'm hoping that when the eldest starts school next week I'll have a better routine but I'm not convinced considering this past year!
