I am keen to lose weight - basically because I am fat ! BUT I am not unhappy in myself. I am also very fit so extra exercise is a no no!

What I am looking for is the ONE thought / buzz-word / memory that totally stops me in my tracks when I am about to embark on my compulsive eating ...

What's the one thing that makes you grind to a halt over the biscuit barrell and reach for a celery stick instead ??
Thanks

Aha! Back from spain and already stalking me! Obviously turbocharged now! You see what I mean she is in my head and even in my virtual home!

That advert aimed at smokers where they squeeze all the fat out of an artery, it makes me feel sick everytime I think about it- problem is I keep forgetting to think about it! I'll put something on the fridge to remind me.

One of my (also fat) friends saying smugly - oh no, but it wouldn't fit you about an item of clothing I could have easily got into. i lost 3 stone just to show her.

also when I am bigger I snore, get back pain and horrible heartburn and those three things motivate me more than anything else
