Over the last few months I've noticed that I seem to be putting on weight. Nothing too drastic and I'm not overweight, but a lot of clothes aren't fitting, particularly around my backside! I've been pretty lucky I guess in that I've never had to watch what I eat before. Had 2 kids and went back to how I was before, I haven't changed what I eat, so I'm not sure what's going on.
I exercise now (running), and have done for about a year, and wonder whether the weight gain is an age thing. Is this it, so I have to spend the rest of my life on a semi diet?!!!!
