Hi. Anyone used this plan? I need to lose 7 stone as my weight is affecting my health and joints. Desperate to try anything now as its getting worse. Thanks.

I'm not an expert but can make suggestions. 1 Drink lots of water to reduce the appetite. 2 Stop eating bread, cakes, biscuits and those sorts of things containing carbs and sugar as they are fattening and don't fill you up. 3 Exercise. Makes you feel ten times better AND burns fat. If you have joint problems, go swimming.
You have to force yourself to keep this up for a week to show yourself that it's possible (it is).
Be careful of "low-fat" versions of food because it just replaces the fat with sugar and carbs, making you feel less full, meaning you end up eating more.

Yeah I used it. Lost 2 stone on it (what I wanted to lose). For that type of diet it's the cheapest and best tasting. It's hard going though and you absolutely cannot deviate off plan. No alcohol, no other food.
I gained it all back though.

Oh sorry Junosmum. I just don't know where to start. Perhaps I should look into other diets.
Thanks for responding

I've used it and have lost a few pounds doing it but it is very easy to regain once you stop. My partner has lost 8 stone in the past doing Lighter Life which is a similar but more expensive plan. He has gained a lot of it back.
I follow a combination of Slimming World and a LCHF diet. This works well for me and I can adapt it depending on the daily circumstances so do not feel deprived at bbq's etc.
Whatever you decide to do, it is a life style change not a diet because as soon as you return to your 'normal' way of eating, you will gain it all back.
