I keep hearing it is harder to lose weight if you don't have much to lose. I am within a healthy BMI range but weight half a stone over my own normal, healthy weight. The range is pretty huge- I could weigh anything from 11 and a half stone to 8 stone something and be a healthy weight apparently. Anyway, I have always been 9st7lb and am currently over 10st after babies. Why is it more difficult to shift a smaller amount? Thanks!
