How is this possible? 
I gained 6lb's at Christmas so have been weighing myself once or twice a week just to keep an eye on it. I had lost 4 up to this week, so just 2 more to lose. The scales is in the same place in my bathroom and I never move it.
This morning, I moved my digital scales with my foot across my tiled bathroom floor and when I stood on it, it shows an increase of 4lbs 
There is no way that I've gained that much weight since last Monday morning, if anything, I should have lost some as I always eat more at weekends.
I moved it around a few times and was getting pretty much the same reading 
Are they really this inaccurate?
