My diet is shit. Carb heavy crap, not enough veg or fruit. I'm always hungry and quite possible have a sugar addiction.
I pretty much only drink diet coke. Breakfast is normally marmite on toast.
I was thinking of getting a Nutribullet and was wondering if it would help.
My main two concerns are that a breakfast smoothie would be very filling and Id be starving by 10am, that all the fruit has lots of sugar and Id put weight on, that the more veg based healthier smoothies will taste like shit.
Any thoughts?
