Lose my tummy

I've always been big, but I've never been flabby before. After 2 babies I have the dreaded tummy roll. Muffin top. Spare tyre.
I am a chunky person. I accept that and don't mind too much. In fact given my build I think I would look ill if I lost all the extra weight the NHS say I should (bmi rubbish) anyway back to my point!!

I just hate this saggy sticky out tummy. I run sporadically but I'm a single mum to 2.7yr and 6month so I run when I have a sitter and I do eat far more rubbish then I should. I comfort eat when my dd plays up and I have rubbish sleep due to DS not sleeping well.
I eat good meals - healthy and balanced. Plenty of fruit salad and veg.

I try to do exercises at home after kids are asleep. But by that time some days I'm just plain shattered.

But this flabby tummy is sapping my confidence. I want to look good in my clothes without holding my tummy in.

Should point out that my legs are barely fatty really. Really quite muscular. My arms are carrying little bingo wings but otherwise not very fatty. It really does seem to be the tummy!! Sad

Watching as I have the same problem,

Although I have a theory regarding body fat percentage and trying to get that down will help remove the layer of fat sitting on my stomache?

Firstly go to youtube and find how to check if you have a diastasis recti - this is important because if you do then nothing you do will get rid of your tummy until it's properly fixed. You could even be making it worse.

I have it and have/had a 3 finger space gap which I'm working on, it's slowly going and getting stronger but I don't take all the advice and I still do things like jogging, jumping and use an 8 kilo kettlebell. The latter I'm sure is helping anyway. I just make sure I wear a tight support.
If you don't have it - again KB's are very good for whole body toning but in particular the core (seriously tightens the pelvic floor too). You'll find many work outs using them on youtube.
