Need to lose baby weight - but have history of anorexia. Any buddies/tips?

Need to get back into my old clothes - can't afford to buy a whole new wardrobe! Really worried about triggering old habits though. So far have decided to try sticking to eating at meals only, but not limiting what I have at each meal. I tend to eat toddler sized portions anyway (those old habits!) so just graze throughout the day. Hoping that if I stop grazing, I'll lose weight without noticing. Currently 9 stone 13, and need to be about 9 stone for my clothes to fit again (still in maternity jeans as I can't do the others up Sad). I'm pretty active (walking the dog, have an active hobby and there's always the endless housework the children generate!) and can't do much more until my hormones settle enough for my joints to tighten up again).

She's still quite young but definitely not too young for you to want to shift the last few pounds. Go easy on yourself though, most women and especially new mums would kill to be 9 stone anything!

My ds is 5 months and EBF. I find bf great for keeping weight down but I can also find that it makes me starving with hunger although possibly because I've had to sit down for long periods and feed, feed, feed while he snoozes on and off Blush

Just be sensible really. I find the weather too off putting for walking (I have a toddler dd who hates the cold) so looking forward to the spring/summer for being outdoors.

Homemade veg soup is great; healthy, filling and full of everything you and baby need.
