Supermarket convenience food?

I had a lovely low fat lunch today of Asda's chinese chicken breast which I ate with egg noodles. Yesterday I had their Good for you mushroom stroganoff which was so delish I had to check the packet to see if DH was lying.
I know convenience food isn't as good for us but my kids are ill at the mo and I'm v tired. It's so good to know that they're improving the low fat stuff.
Can anyone recommend any other brands that are nice? Or likewise what to give a wide berth too?

I had WW new mango/chilli and something else? dip last night - blarghhhhhhh! Honestly, I don't have shares in Asda but their low fat tzatziki and salsa were lovely I ate them with pitta for my tea. WW dip has 48 cals per 100g and Asda's salsa 20 per 100g.
