Does it really work for everyone?
DH is doing really well on it.
I have been doing it religiuosly for two weeks (wk1 lost 1lb) will get weighed again tonight. I have not struggled on it at all but the weight just does not seem to be shifting... I am going to the gym 4 times a week and am eating my points. I am not using the extras from saved gym points..
What am I doing wrong??????
Please help...I am desperate.
