Has anyone done Juice plus complete, what did/do you think of it?

Just wondering if anyone has tried Juice Plus complete? Lots of people seem to be on it from what I can see on Facebook.

I want to lose a stone ish for a forthcoming wedding and I've heard the results of JP are great.

Sorry I'm not able to help but am bumping because I'm interested too! An ex-colleague has done it and swears by it to the extent that she's become a rep. I'm skeptical but the photos are quite convincing.

Internet search reveals it's two 'shakes' a day and one meal - no carbs, no dairy! No wonder you lose weight!

I have done Juice Plus :) I started in January and have lost 2 stone :) I'm very happy with my weight loss and it's definately not a con. We have a weight loss support group and everyone in there who sticks to the plan gets great results, and yes it is a no dairy plan but not no carbs just good carbs we have sweet potato instead of white potatoes etc :) I do believe in the product, I've seen people loose weight and maintain that weight and has also become a rep as I just love it :)

If you just cut out carbs and dairy, without the overpriced juiceplus factor, you would lose weight.

Plus the whole thing basically works as a pyramid scheme, it's a massive con.

I didn't reply to get into an argument, I replied as the original poster asked for opinions on Juice Plus and that is mine, as you have given yours too which is fine. And of course there are other ways to loose weight without using Juice Plus that goes without saying, I've found what works for me, and I'm happy :)

How is this any different from any other meal replacement diet ? For example Herbalife, Lighter Life or even Slimfast ? I'm not looking for an argument just looking to be convinced. I'm sick of seeing people on my FB promoting the bloody stuff when they have never been overweight in their life !

In the past I have binged (massively) and then fasted, been on Scottish Slimmers, wheat free & dairy free and countless other diets. Now I'm just trying to eat intuitively and whilst the weight is not dropping off me I feel the most content that I have in a while which must count for something ! Surely any "diet" where you are replacing meals with a shake or supplements isn't addressing the issue in the first place, ie your overeating! The excess fat isn't the problem, it's the over-eating that's the problem !

Your right Hun, it is the way people eat that is the issue. We have a diet plan designed by nutritionalists, which makes sure our clients are eating the right foods and plenty of it. Although you replace 2 meals a day with shakes we don't promote going hungry but in effect 'teach' people to eat the right things and plenty of them, which is why we see so many amazing results. People don't feel hungry when doing the diet ( or shouldn't be doing) so it's a lot easier to stick to. I know I found it easy to stick to for that very reason. Your other question which was how it differs to the others is that it is 100% natural, there is only the essence of fruit and veg in the shakes along with cocoa or vanilla to flavour which of course is also natural. Slim fast contains bulking agents etc which nutritionally is doing the body no good at all, Juice Plus is feeding your body with goodness so you aren't starving your body and just making it feel full for a while. throughout the plan your body gets used to eating the right foods, it's a lifestyle Chang, once I had realised how what I was eating before not only effected my weight but also health and energy levels I wouldn't consider returning to my old ways. I know it's not for everyone, and yes you can do it without Juice Plus or any of the others. But without it and the support I got from my mentor I believe I'd still be over 2 stone heavier and struggling. I hope that answers some of your questions :) as I say I know it's not for everyone, and of course you can lose weight without it 1000's do, but it's worked for me and my clients I have very happy clients texting my on their weigh in days, I've made some amazing friends both team mattes and clients and it's a very good feeling to know your helping someone achieve something they want so much xx

It's a pyramid selling scheme. Don't get involved.

Here is the definition of pyramid selling ....
Pyramid schemes are illegal and very risky ‘get-rich-quick’ schemes that can cost a lot of people a lot of money.

Promoters at the top of the pyramid make their money by having people join the scheme. Then they pocket the fees and other payments made by those who join under them.

In a typical pyramid scheme, a member pays to join. The only way for the member to ever recover any money is to convince other people to join up and to part with their money as well.

In contrast, people in legitimate multi-level marketing earn money by selling genuine products to consumers, not from the recruiting process. Be aware though, some pyramid scheme promoters disguise their true purpose by introducing products that are overpriced, of poor quality, difficult to sell or of little value. Making money out of recruitment is still their main aim.

Often confused with an MLM business which is what Juice Plus is. NSA the company that makes Juice Us has been around for 40 years and Making Juice Plus for 20 years :)

I've never seen a Juice Plus rep write anything not littered with 'Hun' and 'lol´.

That tells me enough about the product. It's a scam, preying on credulous thickoes and the less intelligent.

And of course it's a Pyramid scheme, just like Avon, Pampered Chef etc. Just because it's been around a long time it doesn't mean it's a good thing for every level of rep. The vast majority will be out of pocket or making pennies.

Jaynie- so there is no element of recruiting at all in the Juice Plus model?

There is recruiting like in all mlm but I don't make my money through recruiting I make it through selling the product. Juice Plus is a legitimate mlm company which is perfectly legal. I'm not going to get into an argument and certainly won't get into belittling people over the way the talk or putting down someone's business. Everyone has their own opinion and that's great but I wouldn't dream of telling someone that something I know nothing about is a scam or a pyramid scheme. Says a lot, I may say 'Hun' and 'lol' but at least I'm polite hey?! :)

I'm not getting into an argument, I don't have the time. I came on this post to give my views to the original poster which I have, I felt compelled to state a few facts which I have.

The facts are that it is a pyramid selling scheme by another name of over priced, over hyped vitamin supplements with spurious "scientific" justification.
