So I am going to take action. Finally.
I have set myself up with mfp and I am going to exercise, eat carefully and stop eating junk. I also need to reduce portion size and not eat in the evening.
I am 16stone. It feels horrible like this and to make it worse it is all my own fault. My knees and hips hurt at the end of the day, my ankles sometimes, my back is dodgy, I snore. All these things can be put right if I lost some weight. So it is my birthday in 6 weeks I am looking to lose a stone by then.
I would love somebody cheering me on but even if no one does I intend to use this thread as a mini diary to make myself accountable to me and document my progress.
It feels like a massive thing to be this overweight (my ideal is around 11 stone ) so that is why I am going to attack it stone by stone.
