I need to get back on track after letting things go after having ds.
I am 1 stone overweight and my house was a real tip. I've got some good ideas on sorting my house out and have started on that thanks to help from girls on the housekeeping board and flylady so now to sort out weight etc.
I don't need tips etc as I know I need to eat healthy and do some more exercise but I would like some support and encouragement.
Anyone want to join me in my life revamp?

How's everyone doing?
I've been rubbish with the diet. The last few days have been very hectic for me and I've been really tired. I just cannot diet when I'm tired. Need sugar from junk.
Starting afresh tomorrow.

hello all, Tyme we all have bad days, even though i have been really gd i still had a bag of chips and ice cream yest tut but i will just carry on as if nothing happened and be gd. I ate it enjoyed it and will NOT let it bring me down (trying to stay possitive lol!)
I feel so much more incredibly lighter as i have cut out bread and cut my tea/coffees down. Drinking lots of water espec when i am really hungry
I have cleaned both my bathrooms today and put washing on. (all the tiles tend to do a dance moment again today

Yesterday was ok. I ate healthily all day and then lapsed a bit in the evening. I had a couple of choc biscuits. I know its not really that bad as it would fit ok into any diet eg ww or sw in context of what I ate yesterday but I wish I had more self control.
I had a big clean up yesterday. Cleaned the lounge and kitchen, hoovered everywhere, cleaned kitchen and bathroom and did 2 laundry loads.
Today, I cleaned the kitchen and just tidied up.
I've eaten very healthily so far and am going to force myself not to eat any junk.
You sound like you're doing well Dunnyjo. Dancing is good. Uplifting too. might have a go myself

Hi can I join in this one?
I too would like to lose about a stone and a half before I TTC for the first time, think it would benefit my BDing immensely.

I also occasionally use FLYlady but haven't joined the threads on here yet.

I'm just eating less carbs than normal (but not Atkns) and more fruit and veg and trying to drink more water. I also remembered today at the shop that Options are a nice low cal way of getting rid of the chocolate craving that we all get at the time of month (which is where I am now)

i have been doing well but i tried to put on my jeans (size 12) far to tight but dont have anything else! (must go clothes shopping!) The water drinking has gone a bit pear shaped so please give my a kick up the bum! Drinking more than 3cups tea coffee tut
I feel disheartened but i am due on soon. Only had 1 period since ds so i suppose my weight will be a little up and down at the moment
Hmm what will inspire me to feel the motivation again?
