Has anyone got any experience of this?
I've lost two stone (LighterLife Lite - low carb, lots of veg) but recently I'm really struggling with my IBS. My symptoms tend to be severe bloating and constipation , to the point where I'm on the floor in pain and I look seven months pregnant. A bad episode can last for three days.
I'm trying to increase my fibre intake to see if this helps. In the mean time I'd be really grateful if anyone has any advice / experience to share.
