I am new to this site and thought you could all help and encourage. I joined ww last Thursday and have gone for the no count option so far it has been hard but i really have to do it, I need to loose 2 1/2 stone, do you think it is possible for me to loose 1 stone by 19th August and do you think i need to swpt between full points and no counts to have an affect.

I have done the WW where you count before - in my experience you wont be able to lose a stone by that date but everyone is different so I really dont know. It probably wouldnt be a very healthy way to do it though, I seem to remember most women lost 1 or 2 lbs a week on WW. Stick at it though, the weight WILL come off! Good luck!

I will be joining again after my baby is born!

I would like to do WW, but honestly can't afford the fee and DH works evenings so we've got no-one to look after DS.
Is there anywhere I could get the points/no points info anywhere for free. When I'm on a diet I am a good girl and stick to it...and I need to lose baby weight

Iklboo I can see if I can find any info for you... you need a points counter thats the problem and you get that from a WW rep. I KNOW!!

Ok can you go to one meeting and sign up, then they give you the whole pack including a points counter, how to work the diet etc. Then just dont go again. You will have to pay only the one time and also find a sitter the one time. Look for a 'free registration' voucher as reg costs around £9. Then you only have to pay the £4 somethng for the meeting.

Good idea eenywifemum! I'll look for my nearest one & sort something out about DS. Thanks v much

no problem. You can usually print a free registration voucher off the WW website!

I think you are best to join when registration,is free,so the class will cost you £4.95,you will get a book and all the information like how many points you should be on,etc, and on e-bay there is a girl who sells some weight watchers products,so maybe that will be better for you, hope this helps good luck.
