So what is a healthy yoghurt?

I like yoghurt and was already aware that diet yoghurts weren't healthy because of all the sugar, but now I tend to avoid yoghurt as seems they fall into 3 categories diet, indulgent and kids. Please tell me I'm wrong and give me some specific examples I could buy from Tescos later

Full fat natural yoghurt. Add fruit for flavour.

So buy a pot of natural Yogurt and a punnet of raspberries (fresh or frozen). If you want to take the yogurt to work etc you will also need a small tupperware box with a lid that stays on.

I buy Total full fat, 5% fat and delicious. Just remember your portion sizes. Duchy yoghurt is lovely too.

I buy large tubs of natural.

some are low fat, some aren't. I just log the cals on mfp accordingly.

It's the only way I can bear to eat a banana- smothered in yogurt.

Full fat Greek yoghurt is good, Greek yoghurt has more protein than other types. I prefer Rachel's to the Total, it's not as thick.

I buy the full fat Greek yoghurt from Aldi, it is great.

anything where the ingredient list says
milk
and nothing else.

the most moreish breakfast in the world is the one on Malts :
plain yogurt, a spoonful of honey dribbled across it and stir then eat
JUST wonderful

I'm another one who only eats full-fat natural bio-yoghurt. I love it plain but also eat it with fresh berries.

Plain full fat greek or natural yogurt.

You can add fruit/nuts/seeds to it if you like. I am partial to sliced banana and yogurt with flaked almonds on top. Or yogurt with frozen blueberries mixed in, they are all crunchy and cold!

You can even drizzle a bit of honey on, but at least you can then control the sugar addition, and the basic yogurt itself is way healthier for not being processed to within an inch of its life to be represented as sweet & low fat.
