And thought I was still 8 months pregnant!! Ds is 20 months old!! I didn't even put weight in during my pregnancy, I have always been a size 10/12 and am now 1 and a half stone over weight and a 14!! I have definitely dropped the ball and need to get motivated again. My small problem and massive excuse, is that I have massive nerve damage in my tummy from endometriosis and ovarian cysts, which is aggravated by lifting and sit-ups, etc. So I thought I would start off by walking round the village with the pushchair (its about 3.3 miles) a few times a week to get started, with the aim being to eventually run round. As long as the pain is bearable!! ?? Any help and tips would be great! Thanks!

Hey, I'm from swindon and I've gone from a size 10 to a 14! My daughter is nearly two and my partner is really trying to motivate me to lose it and I want to look more attractive, I need to work out! Xx

Hi there hippierose, lovely to hear from you. I can't actually believe that it happened!! I just suddenly seem to be enormous, and its so horrible when all your clothes are tight and hurt your tummy! I had my ds in the hospital in Swindon, and its about 30 mins away! Whereabouts are you, maybe a good brisk walk around coate water would be good, I used to walk my dog there and the loop is quite a good walk! X

Hello Swifey, there is a very good wheeliefit exercising with your buggy thing in Marlborough. The lady that runs it is lovelySmile

Oh yes I have seen them doing it by the college, the trouble is that I don't think ds would sit in the pushchair for that long, he's too big! Good idea though, I will look it up!

I often have a free coffee in waitrose in Marlborough but have now started asking for a skinny cappuccino, but I will have to ask how many calories that is? Ds likes to have a babycchino (hot milk), it makes him feel very grown up! X
