For another!!! Hi there I am in Wiltshire, near Marlborough, I am 35, run my own business and have one ds who is 20 months. I have taken my eye off the recently and have ballooned to about 12 stone, and am 5'5". My wedding weight was 10'8" and I was a curvy size 10, and am now squeezing into 12 but really a 14! Is there anyone out there who wants to diet and exercise with me?? Either in RL or just on here! Xx

Hello! I'm also trying to lose weight before trying for another baby! DS is 2 years old and I can't really blame my extra weight on him...it's the cakes and biscuits!

I don't have a set of scales, I just go by how I feel and which jeans fit :) I'm a size 12/14 now and I'd like to be a size 10/12 again.

Hi essentialcoffee, great to hear from you!! I know, I always said that I would give myself a year after ds was born, but now its coming up 2 years and whoops !! Whereabouts are you?? Have you a New Years diet plan in mind?? I say this whilst cooking our supper of Singapore noodles with a large glass of delicious Sauvignon in my hand!!

Hi Swifey,

I'm mainly going to avoid cakes/biscuits/chocolates as these are my main downfall! I think my diet is fairly healthy apart from the sweet food, I tend to cook everything from scratch e.g. spaghetti bolognese, chilli con carne, tuna and vegetable pasta etc. actually reading that, cheese is also a big temptation for me!

I joined the gym in the autumn and in seeing results, I need to keep up with it when I get back from holiday! I have been doing a mixture of pilates, legs bums & tums, body pump and step aerobics.

I'm based in Herts :)

Oh god yes, the dreaded but totally delicious cheese, that is my downfall too!! I am not a gym goer, my ds is only in nursery two mornings a week, and I need to work then, so no time! I could walk round the village though, it's just over 3 miles in a circle, maybe I could walk and then jog and walk and then run??? I have a phil & teds buggy so i can take ds with me! How do you get time to go to the gym?? Do you work? X

I am in Sweden with my brother at the moment, as him and his partner have just had a baby and there were complications so I raced over here to be with them. I left ds with dh, which was very stressful for me as I have never left him for 5 days before! So I'm doing to have to go shopping tomorrow when I am back, and start my healthy eating then!! Lots of soups I think, and high protein breakfasts! Anyone else with us?
