Their website is here .

A friend of mine sells Herbalife products and I have to say I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Their sales tactics seem to be to find a few people willing to try their products, and then push and push those people to buy more and more. My friend claims to have lost over 4 stone using the products she then went on to sell, but she didn't - she has always been slim, but has to lie to satisfy the company brief and get people interested in the product.

She sells tablets and meal replacements - the meal replacements are like Slim Fast but taste worse and cost more. I don't know about the tablets but seeing as how they only work as part of a low-calorie diet I feel their claims are dubious.

My advice would be to steer well clear ... sorry.

I've got or shall I say had a friend who started selling herbalife - She then only wanted contact with me to sell me her wares. At first I was polite and went to a few of her hebalife parties but when she put her business card in a birthday card I just thought - you've gone Herbalife loopy. Completely brainwashed. Just be careful as it could be an expensive mistake.

Personally, I think it sounds like selling a paper dream. Getting fit and healthy is not about pills and potions, it is about a sensible eating plan with/without sensible exercise.
I have recently joined slimming world and would recommend the old traditional route of ww or sw to anyone who wants to make a difference rather than a quick fix.
Have crash dieted enough times to know that it works - but only for a short time. Putting on weight doesn?t happen overnight and neither does taking it off and keeping it off
(God I sound like my gran )!!

One of their plans is meal replacements, yes - as I said, it's a bit like the Slim Fast ones, but they taste worse and cost more. They claim to do "counselling" along with this as well ... but my friend is no more a qualified counsellor than I am.
