Can anyone recommend a good diet....

I got a real shock at the Drs when they weighed me last week, I'm far heavier than I thought I was and have felt shit every since.

I've never followed a "set" diet, always found that cutting down a bit shifted excess weight but 2 children, no smoking and lots of chocolate later, I'm struggling!

Any advice much appreciated

Stop eating sh*te, it doesn't taste nice, nasty bits get caught in your teeth too, just flush it away like the rest of us.

this morning I got on the scales and got the shock of my life! I've dieted before and have lost weight but my problems are that firstly I comfort eat, and the chocolate in the cupboard when ds is out just calls me to eat it, and secondly I am a very picky eater. Like meat/fish/pasta etc but in terms of fruit and vegetables I'm very fussy. So it's hard for me to do one of these diets that requires you to eat a lot of fruit/vegetables because invariably I don't like most of them. So generally I opt for not eating a lot, cerial for breakfast, crackers for lunch and proper dinner but it's hard because invariably I fall off the waggon because I get bored. We have exercise equipment in our garage so I know I can exercise although in the past when I've started exercising the weightloss seems to have stopped.

so... I challenge anyone to find me a diet that will work for me! lol
