I have so far failed to sort my weight out myself (for many years), and so now I must surrender to The Dark Side.
I always wanted to say 'I sorted my weight out for myself' IYSWIM. You know, bear in a cave style, all the way from Mars, divine revelation, willpower so strong etc. etc.
I appreciate it will still be down to me what goes in, in what quantity, and how much gets exercised off... but it still feels, erm, slightly pants.
DW and dd are coming with. DW also has (not inconsiderable) weight to lose.
