New Mum wants to loose babyweight

I had my second child three weeks ago and I am now 2 stone more than my pre-pregnancy weight. I ate loads during my pregnancy and enjoyed the excuse to eat as much as I wanted whenever I wanted. I didn't make a big effort to loose my baby weight between my pregnancies, and my children are born two years apart. Now though I feel massive, and I already want to lose my weight as quick as I can. I am breastfeeding. Does anyone have any good ideas for how I should go about this please... Thanks!

once you've had your 6 weeks check, you can go to Weight Watchers.
as you are breastfeeding you will be given a relevant program allowing extra food intake, but you will be able to loose weight safely and gradually.

I first went to ww meetings after I had DS1 (he's 11 now), then went back after every pregnancy and always lost weight successfully! the only reason I never kept it off for long enough was that another baby was on the way!

DD is 9 months old, but as we have 5 older boys it's just too busy for me to make a commitment and focus right now. I've decided to put up with extra weight for a little bit longer, I can concentrate on me easier when she's 1. I know I can and will do it - before I got pregnant with her I managed to loose 2 sts in 3 months!

I fully recommend WW! if all he counting and stuff is a bit daunting in the beginning it's worth hanging on, you'll see results straight away!

BTW congrats on baby! Smile
