Good luck with this week's weigh-in ladies. Here's hoping I don't muck up the chart Smile

Hi Upsadaisy and Ninaar - e-mail me your addresses here or at [email protected] and I'll include you in the weekly chart. Good luck Smile

Went running yesterday (2.5 miles) and managed to do it in under half an hour, which is good for me Blush Then spoilt it by having sticky toffee pudding at my sisters who cooked the whole family Easter lunch. It seemed rude to refuse Wink

Have decided I need to up my activity quota or I'm not going to shift that final few pounds. Hoping to get out cycling today with DH and DS. DD is at a friends so I might get to cycle a bit more without having to stop and encourage her/push her every half a mile or so.

What sort of an Easter holiday has everyone else had?

I've always received the charts in both formats and have always tried the excel one first, sometimes it opens, sometimes it doesn't! It opened ok last week.

Not sure what the problem is with it

Anyway, diet wise I've been very good considering all the chocolate thats been around and the fact that it's the school holidays... hopefully I will have another pound off tomorrow. Smile
