After yet another weekend of not being able to stop myself from scoffing all the kids sweets and actually all of my sons birthday cake (am v ashamed of this actually). I think I am going to have to step away from sugar altogether. I'm just not one of those people who can enjoy one or two biscuits or sweets and then forget about them. I always have to finish the whole packet and then search for more. So I was hoping someone more knowledgable than me would come along and give me some advice. Are there any good books about giving up sugar or any diet plans I could follow? Thanks in advance :)
