does anybody know that big difference between the cambridge diet and lighter life?

How do you meet the councillors at the cambridge? Is it the same sort of group situation as lighter life?
thanks

Fantastic, good for you, you must be so pleased, my problem is that i have just become comfortable again and need a big kick this could well be the big kick i need, i couldnt afford LL.

Do you pay more for the bars?

What are the things that make a mousse like?

(just saw them on website)

I've just had a look at the website for the Cambridge diet - is it necessary to visit the counsellor? My nearest one is almost two hours away by train (not including travel from home to station, then station at other end to counsellors home).

joash ring the hotline a lot of councellors are not listed hopefully you'll find one closer.. yes you have to visit a councellor but not necessarily every week. You may also find one that will come to you as a lot of them run a service like that.
You don't pay more for bars I think its standard £1.50 per meal. The mousse is lovely absolutly gorgeous.. I like a lot of the cambridge stuff.. the ready made tetra briks are lovely too and handy when out.

the counsellor has emailed me..

do you pay for there time ie: the first booking in appointment, and then the 10 minute appointments, or do you pay for the meals only?
thanks

A work friend and myself went on the cambridge diet about 10 years ago.It was shake things soup and bars,i ended up with the worst constapation in my life.ended up needing an enema, and my friend had diarroeah,we worked in a nursing home, and she had an old lady on the toilet, luckily for her the lady had senile dementia,i heard my friend shout and she let me in the toilet and she was standing there with poo all down her legs!!and this dear old lady looking at her and me all hysterical.Maybe it has changed now,but i personally think weight watchers is a lot safer!!
