5ft4 weigh 8st 12. used to be obsessed to the point of anal about diet and exercise, i think it was extreme control issues i had after birth of first child i.e had to have c section and couldnt breast feed. now i have three great kids and yummy hubby so focus on the important things like the fact we have lovely house comfortable income and are all healthy and well. must be feeling philosophical today...

costababe · 30/08/2006 16:25

5ft 2 and 8.10, not that happy with weight, would like to shift a few lbs, my main worry is my tummy rolls and thighs, i hate getting older everything is heading south.

Judy1234 · 30/08/2006 18:50

5 foot 4; feel best at 8 stone 10 or 12 but a stone heavier. Not happy but obviously 9/12 is still a healthy weight. I got down to 9 4 after the twins so no idea how I put on the extra pounds again...well I do know...food.

nutcracker · 30/08/2006 18:52

5'2 and weigh just over 9 1/2 stone. Would love to lose a stone.

Gobbledigook · 30/08/2006 18:53

donnie · 30/08/2006 18:54

UrsulatheSeawitch · 30/08/2006 18:56

I'm just over 6' and was 14.11 on the scales earlier (in clothes and clompy sandals).

Size 20-22 top half, 16-18 bottom half.

BIG!

UrsulatheSeawitch · 30/08/2006 18:57

(Pre babies I was about 10.7 - net gain of 1 stone per child, damn them!)

5ft 3 and 9 stone 8. I'd feel better nearer 9stone - but I find it soooo much harder to lose a few pounds the older I get. I'm 48 next week!!!

chenin · 30/08/2006 19:37

5ft 7 and a half and weigh 9st 10lbs. Am really proud of myself cos I have lost 3.5 stones in the last 2 years but still cannot get used to this weight (although I love it!) There is still a fat person inside waiting to get out!

3strikesout · 30/08/2006 20:19
