It's Tuesday girls, good luck.

PS - Is this the last week, or do you want me to carry on?

At last I have gone down Smile. Only a lb off, but it is the first loss I have had in weeks!

I think my loss of about 4lbs since Jan is fairly awful but at least it's not 4lbs on! I would love to keep going, and am going to make a real effort now as spring is round the corner and I want to be a stone lighter.

Thanks for all your hard work figgy and furball. If you can face doing the charts, I would love to stay on the thread. how about seeing how we are going til Easter? That's another 6 weeks.

Cheers ladies. Will try to keep my paws out of the biscuit tin this week. And well done to everyone who has lost weight.

bubblerock · 01/03/2006 18:29

I'm going to stop for a bit, I'm actually eating fairly healthily but seem to be stuck at 8 and a half stone so I don't want to force it, hopefully when the weather gets better I'll be more active Blush, good luck girls and thanks for all the hard work figgy & furball! Grin

Sarahx2005 · 01/03/2006 18:45

Ive been doing weightwatchers since October and so far I've lost 21lbs and 10% of my body weight :D still have a lot to lose. I'm slowing down now and I know I need to exercise but it's motivating myself to do it that's the problem.

Would you like to join us Sarah? We weigh in on a Tuesday by posting our weight(easier for me to administrate!) or our loss each week, then on a Thursday I send everyone a copy of the chart so we can all see how we are doing. Meantime you can post and queries you want and just get support from us.

I've eaten quite healthily today but have managed to trap a nerve in my neck, so can hardly move, never mind jump around doing exercise Sad

At this rate, I can't see the final 3lb ever coming off.

Easter sounds good to me as that's a 1lb loss for me every two weeks which is about what I've been doing for the past 3 or 4 weeks.

tortoise · 02/03/2006 16:14

Sorry girls i forgot all about this ! Not that it made any difference - haven't lost a pound but then again haven't put one on either so will get back on the wagon and try again! Good luck all!

SleepyJess · 02/03/2006 18:40

2 and a half pounds off (as off last night) making me now 11 stone 1 lb. Ten and a half pounds lost in total.

Furball · 03/03/2006 09:10

Sorry, I totally forgot to weigh in this week. Do still want to be included - I am trying to be sensible while b'feeding ds2 so hopefully will still lose a little each week. Ta!

MrsSpoon · 03/03/2006 18:02

Furball, I would still like to be included but am struggling at the moment, very unhappy when trying on jeans again today and have to do something so hope to be back with you on Tues.

busywizzy · 03/03/2006 21:08

Come on Mrs Spoon. You know you can do it and we'll give you all the encouragement you need Smile

tortoise · 03/03/2006 21:15

busywizzy-Hows your trapped nerve in your neck now? Hope its ok now.Think ive been eating better so far this week.Legs ok now so will do dvd again soon.Should do tonight but might be bit late for it.Maybe i could get up extra early and do it then!Smile

busywizzy · 04/03/2006 10:36

Ha ha ha Tortoise at the thought of getting up early to exercise. If you do, you're a far, far better woman than I.

Neck is still sore but better than it was. Trouble is, I have about a 50 minute drive to and from work so I'm twisting it all the time which I think is delaying it getting better.

DD has also been really poorly this week with a flu-type thing and I've just spent the morning with her at the emergency doctors as she's been up all night and has a really bad ear infection. I've spent most of the night crammed into bed with her and I don't think that's helped either.

Just making excuses really for the severe lack of exercise this week Grin Having said that, I've put a pair of trousers on this morning and they definately feel looser. Fingers crossed - I've still got a few days to shift a bit more weight.

Have a good weekend everyone.

tortoise · 04/03/2006 19:18

Well i was going to get up early to exersice but ive come down with a stinking cold and didnt want to get up this morning.going to do it tonight though. Glad your necks a bit better.Hope DD is feeling better tonight.

tortoise · 05/03/2006 18:53

Well i got round to doing dvd earlier today.Hard work but enjoyed it again.Expect legs to be hurting again in the morning.Like they say 'no pain no gain!!'Really want to get the rest of the 1st stone off this week.Grin How is everyone else doing?

teacups · 05/03/2006 19:45

Hope things are better for you now busywizzy? How is DD now?

Am trying to be on the straight and narrow. Had a huge row with my mum last night which resulted in me necking a couple of huge glasses of wine. I also keep tasting what DD eats and eating up her leftovers. I seem to think that cheese sanwiches cut into tiny pieces don't count - big mistake!!

Anyway, hope you have all had a good weekend and fingers crossed for a loss for us all next tuesday.

Cheers

busywizzy · 05/03/2006 20:22

After a couple of hugely traumatic days (and not much sleep at night), DD seems to be on the mend Smile So no more excuses for me not to exercise.

I must have lost some weight though as I just haven't sat down whilst this has been going on - what with trips to the hospital, getting medicine down her, seeing to DS who's teething on top of everything else as well as working and normal everyday things.

If DD or DS got ill every other week or so, I'd be the size of Kate Moss in no time [ha ha ha ha, wishful thinking emoticon]

Hope everyone has had a good weekend and hope you make it up with your mum teacups.
