I need to lose a couple of stone - on my own I am good for a few days or couple of weeks and then slip back and so I know I need to do something more structured. Having read a lot about lower carb diets, I know this would work for me, but on my own I seem to lose portion control and so replace carbs with nuts and cheese and so never lose weight.
I would like to join WW but not if they are going to insist on my eating bread pasta and potatoes as part of their regime .. I need to be given a framework that allows me to choose my food but to limit the amount - does that makes sense?
Do any of the WW followers know if I could do this?
