Well heres to another week.

Pity I haven't tried harder I could of lost at least 12lbs if an effort had been made. Unfortunately even less effort has been made this week and I've stayed the same. Total Grand loss from the start? 3 lb, 0/10 for effort.

No change here either. Like Dingle I cannot shake of this cold/flu/whatever horrible thing I've had.

niccick · 08/02/2006 09:12

I need some motivation, I have only lost a pound this week. I need to get into it again. My husband has been more of a hinderance than a help, but the one saving grace is that I am staying away from the kiosk at work, I am extremely proud of myself about that.

Keep it up girls

MrsBoo · 08/02/2006 09:32

sorry i forgot about this yesterday, been very busy past few weeks at work.
Still 15:2 - so no change

Milliways · 08/02/2006 16:07

I also missed yesterday - but no change here either

hullabaloo · 08/02/2006 18:58

Bit miffed that I didn't wait until today to post weight cos if I'd done it today... my scales say I've stayed the same. Hmm maybe I've lost that extra pound during the night, if so maybe I can try and lose some more tonight!!!

teacups · 08/02/2006 19:29

Didn't we say that we were going to club together and sort out a prize for the first of us to lose a stone? Am still happy to do this - congratulations Melrose, you put people like me (glass of wine in one hand and hot cross bun in the other) to shame!

What does everyone else think?

Furball · 08/02/2006 21:22

Right - The charts on it's way.

Check bulk email files, blah blah blah

Figleaf - Your expert IT skills are also required

Cheers

thanks! Really pleased.... if the bugs werent so awful i would reccomend it as a GREAT way to lose weight!

Loobz · 10/02/2006 21:53

I'm feeling better now and have been eating sensibly so here's hoping for a decent weight loss this week. I think that's been four weeks of staying the same - not good
I wish the lighter nights were here - I'm not the greatest at exercising but I love walking and am normally out every night but it's too dark. Also find walking is really good for stress relief and I'm stressed beyond belief at work at the moment - Have had a constant headache for about a week and a half - don't thinkit was helped with me not drinking enough - water that is - never any problem with the alcohol

unicorn · 11/02/2006 10:22

Well done you stone losers!!!

Right.. I'm going to get stricter with myself.
I shall start listing my food again, as that was helping.. and I am mentally preparing to take up swimming again (But it is still too cold IMO!)

Still off the alcohol though so that is very good news for me.

So far this morning I have had some ready brek and water.

best of luck everyone for the weekend.. and half term week!

unicorn · 11/02/2006 13:23

I have just been swimming!

Enough procrastination.. now is the time for action... that weight will come off.

Come on everyone let's get slim for spring/summer!

figleaf · 11/02/2006 16:29

Hello everyone, I missed weigh in on Tuesday as I unexpectedly spent the last week in Hospital. I have undiagnosed right GI (upper region of tummy - just under ribs) pain. Mr Figleaf did the pdf chart though for thoses that needed it, bless him.

For the record I am at 12st 8, so 1 lb down for me. Im sure it would have been more but for the long hours sitting/lounging in bed this week. Ill have to go back in for more tests but I think I`ll be here for the weigh in this Tuesday.

Well done to all the weight loosers.

deenewyearward · 11/02/2006 16:46

Well ladies, I have to say goodbye, and sorry that I have not posted, any weight loss.

I have just been informed this week that I am going to have a hysterectomy within the next 8 weeks, so I will concentrate on that rather than thinking about my weight.

So good luck to all, and I'm sure you will all be lighter and brighter by the summer.

teacups · 13/02/2006 15:34

Sorry to hear that Deen, hope it will all go well for you.

Am bored today and as a result have eaten rather a lot. However, feeling curiously energetic and going to try to be good for the rest of the week. Went to stay with friends over the weekend and as a result ate (and drank) too much, but it was great fun .

How are we all doing today?
