Is anyone doing this? Or has anyone tryed it?

Just wondering how people have got on with it?

I did it last summer with crunchy nut cornflakes.

I had to stop as I was getting headaches everyday because I was so hungry.

Oh blimey, thats not good. I have started today but I often get headaches, so I will have to see how it goes.

Sounds to good to be true to be honest!

I should have added

I know someone who did it and it worked for her. I'm sure it does work providng you stick to it and drink plenty but I just couldn't do with the headaches.

Thanks for that. Did your friend just eat normally in the evenings? Obviously healthy!

Yeah just a normal meal.

I think it says "a well balanced meal" but she just ate what she would have normally had after a day at work. Also had healthy snacks like fruit etc in between.

I think drinking is the key to it though as it fills you up if you drink enough.

I also remember her sneaking a take away in one night

Sounds good in theory but the minute you stop you put the weight back on.

So much better to lose weight at a staedy, gradual pace. Stays off!

Thanks guys. I have lost most of the weight since having my DD 6 months ago, just wanted something to help get rid of those last few pounds.
