Potatoes Not Prozac

Since I started this two weeks ago I have gained weight (a good 6lbs) and feel bloated Sad
I do feel great though. All this healthy grub has really sorted my head out but I'm incredibly fucked off about the weight gain as the idea was to lose it!
I'm guessing I'm loving the healthy food a bit too much and probably need to cut down my portion size... I'm eating loads of veg, salad, nuts, seeds, lean fish/meat. Barely any saturated fat. Plus I run a lot, two - three times a week, 10-13kms a time, in under an hour so I bloody well should be allowed to have big portions!
I'm certain eating a potato just before bed is just adding weight and I never feel like eating it anyway. Reckon I can ditch the potato? Seems like a bloody crazy idea anyway if you ask me.

I feel like giving up and going back to living off shitloads of Haribo and toast as I lost weight doing that but, obviously, felt like utter shit.

CANNAE FRIGGIN WIN! Sad

What does the plan entail? Haven't heard of it.

It's for sugar addicts like me and also helps with depression.
Basically eating three meals per day with protein (which curbs sugar cravings) then a potato (with skin on) just before you go to bed which increases serotonin levels.

Here is the website

I think if you can cut out the sugar without the potato then go don't bother or eat a small one.

However look at portion size on non running days. Nuts and seeds very calorific.

You're right, they are very calorific but I figured they can't be as bad as chocolate and sweets, which is what I was gorging on previously!
I think I'll try a week without the potato and try and reduce portion size (use smaller plates etc..). It's got to make a difference.
I just have such a huge appetite at the moment which is not helping my bikini diet (less than three weeks to go before holibobs)
Oh well, at least I feel healthy....
