9 weeks = can lose 1.5 stone and look great!

You look flabbier as you have lost muscle mass in the weight loss.

Here is my advice:

a) protein at every meal, aim 100g a day
b) snacks should not affect blood sugar eg small portion of nuts, or seeds or protein. And only if hungry not for comfort eating.
c) stacks of vegetables (but not root veg) esp at lunch and dinner
d) limit on fruit (none would be best, some berries with breakfast yoghurt ok)
e) limit on milk (high in carbs), greek yoghurt for breakfast / cottage cheese lunch in salad ok though.
f) nothing processed and no grains or sugar honey etc.
g) 30 day shred every day.

Why should you limit fruit? I thought this would be a good thing to eat? I know bananas are quite calorie high, but our citrus fruits ok?

I agree with Forever mostly, but would not do the 30ds every day. Your body needs a break from repetitive exercise for muscle to recover & develop and to avoid injury caused by fatigue and over use, apparently even Gillian when interviewed suggested that she never meant people to do the shred every day. Which makes sense because I had never seen an exercise programme that suggests you work hard every day, doing it everyday probably contributes to so many people complaining of with sore knees. I'd alternate - run 3 times a week, shred 3 times a week and have a rest day - you could go for a gentle walk on your rest day if you really feel the need to burn.

Fruit is very high in sugars, albeit naturally occurring ones. I follow the vague principles of a low carb diet [ so, no bread, pasta, noodles, ryvita, potatoes, cakes etc... ] but I still eat fruit every day, with the exception of bananas. I would also say it's fine to eat root vegetables too - all depends on just how hardcore you want to go.
