How many days did you do the attack for?

It was ages ago. I think 4 days.... I am a big fan of dukan but I am not a big fan of pure protein days as they totally constipate me, and my experience was that my weight loss was just as fast with low carb veggies as well.

My standard work lunch is still greek yoghurt and tuna but I also have with tomato and cucumber. I still have eggs and yoghurt and oatbran for breakfast.... and lean protein and veg for dinner.

Everything Forever said plus:
sweetner
skimmed milk for tea/coffee
spices for flavour - I get through a lot of cinnamon egg custard and chilli crab salad.
some ready to eat protein for when you are in danger of snacking like surimi (crabsticks), cold chicken, any protein in a tin as long as it's allowed and not in oil,
One or two 'luxury' proteins for attack phase to make it a bit easier - smoked salmon, scallops, fillet steak etc

Muller light vanilla (and I think toffee) yogurts are allowed and are usually on offer everywhere (just stay away from the fruit ones as they are too high in sugar).

As for the 0% greek yogurt Tesco and Sainsbury's have the Total 0% though you may need to be an early bird - whenever I do the shop after work they're all sold - presumably quite a few people dukanning!
