I'm doing the pro points online and on my iphone but my points went down from 29 to 26 th other week, plus I get my weekly allowance.

However is there a list of all the 'free' foods I can have, I realise that most fruits, veg and salad will be free but are there any substancial foods I can eat that have no or little points.

At the moment I'm really struggling to eat just my 26 points.

breakfast
fruit and yoghurt
fruit for snacking
soup & crispbreads for lunch
chicken & rice for tea

That's pretty much what i'm living on at the moment with having slightly more on the weekend which eats up my weekly points Confused

Hiya

I'd stick with it - I've been on WW since March and I was incredibly cynical about whether it would work, however it's been fab and I've lost nearly 2.5 stone (despite a couple of blow out holidays!!) It's hard to start with, understanding how all the points work and getting into the routine of tracking but now it's much easier and is second nature - I still track religiously though.

There aren't that many filling free foods, as you're right, it is all fruit and veg, but a brilliant way to make filling foods is to make soup. I usually make it with butternut squash and onions which I roast with a bit of oil, and then add various spices. Make a big batch, and you can get a load of evening meals which only add up to 1 or 2 points each - if you don't use the oil, you can make 0 point soup. It's really filling. Then, if you fancy a slice of cake or a glass of wine, you can, just make sure you only have soup for a meal.

Good luck....

Oh I forgot to say - the reason it's gone down from 29 to 26 is that they have found that some members aren't losing weight very well on the 29. If you are new and don't know how 29 points will affect your weight loss, my advice would be to try the 29 for a few weeks to see how you get on. I lost weight at a nice steady rate of 1 or so pounds a week on 29 points which is the recommended rate of loss. I am now having a go at 26 as I only have 4 more pounds to go and it's getting trickier to shift them!!
