And the GI diet comes out worst for weight loss. And the message is "eat less food, do more exercise"

Ive never got these low fat diets. how on earth do I know how many grams of fat there are in everything I eat? Id have a degree in nutrition by the end of a fortnight.

Yes, it militates against eating fresh, home-made, unaldulterated food - because the only way you can work out quantities of fat with any degree of accuracy is by looking at a packet.
