Hi, I haven't heard of it but would be interested to hear more about it!

It seems really interesting!!! It doesn't seem to be a diet at all!

It's all about doing things differently, and more like 'slim' people do!!!
It's about breaking habits, and automatically losing weight by making these small changes.

Yesterday I had to switch off the TV for the day - not too bad, except that 'I'm a Celebrity' started last night!!! I didn't really know what to do with my time - so I did some crochet!

Today, my task is to write for 15 minutes - so I've started a blog about my experience of this 'diet'.

There is a 4 week plan to follow, which seems really 'do-able', and I should apparently lose at least 1/2 stone during that time.......that would be great!

Some of this sounds like Paul Mckenna i'm not sure about turning off the T.V. ALL. day though!! I know the paul mckenna works without actually changing yr food intake just yr. habits. not sitting around all day on here is amazingly good for weight loss!!

Interesting that you did some crochet, I find that knitting in the evening whilst watching the TV helps to stop me from snacking on junk food in the evenings!

Tw1nkle · 16/11/2011 20:20

Well yes - I didn't snack, so maybe the crochet helped!!!

My task for today was to walk for 15 minutes - not too difficult as I walked my dd to her ballet class - I normally drive, so it made it nice change too - even if it was freezing!!

Tomorrow's task is to get up an hour earlier - I'd definately do this (always used to exercise in the morning before work, prior to dd being born), but I just tknow that my DD would hear me getting up and walking around that she'd be up too - not not to sure it's worth it!

I might see how I feel at 6am!! I may wait until 6.30 instead - at least that'll be something different!

seems to be interesting. I am hearing about this book for the first time. Thanks, I will look into it.

Oh I know the getting up earlier works and getting to bed earlier too it means you've more time for rushing about doing housework etc.!Grin and I sleep better too so stops that 'hunger from tiredness' !

Tw1nkle · 20/11/2011 13:42

It does seem to be working - strangely!!!
I've lost 4Lb!!!
This week's it's all about behaviour. Today I have to be more/less assertive in a given situation - should be interesting!
