Over the last few months it has really dawned on me just how fit I have become but don't know where to start to turn things around. I am overweight and am addressing this by eating "cleaner" but want to use exercise to help with the weight loss and to get fitter.
I have been tempted to try a bootcamp class but am worried that I am too unfit for it and that everyone else will be running rings around me.
I have 2DC (2 & 3) and DH works abroad but I can probably get a sitter once a week so I can go out and do something, the rest will need to be home based or child-friendly.
Any advice or suggestions really would be appreciated.
