Right, I know that most people want to lose weight and I used to as well (spare tyre). Since I've had my baby 10 months ago I have not only lost my spare tyre, but my boobs and my bum as well.
I feel like some horrible androgenous sexless person!
Has anyone else been in this situation, what did you do, I am considering taking out a loan to get my boobs done it is getting me so down.
Please don't take the p*, I am disgusted with my body !

Don't do anything drastic yet!

When you lose a lot of weight rapidly it does seem to go from boobs and bum too, I think you'll find that with a healthy diet and cardiovascular excercise your figure will resume it's more curvaceous form... give it some time before you think of surgery.

Have you dieted to lose this weight?

Ummm yes my boobs are definitely only modest now...but I still prefer middle sized - fit in with the crowd me to obese but big boobed former self.

Seriously though - I'm sorry you feel this way. Are there no compensatory things to revel in (like lovely flat abdomen for instance?)

If you have the money and you think surgery is the only way then go for it - but do you research assiduously

Hi, I haven't dieted to lose this weight. But I am definetly eating less, obviously have less time with baby to care for.
I do have a flat stomach now, but flat everything else as well !!
Im really tall which doesnt help, just adds to the beanpole effect, yuk!
So do you think that exercise is the way to go, what is cardiovascular? is that weights?
I don't want to have surgery, but when im feeling down, i think its the only solution !
mad I know, you 'd think I would have better things to worry about !!

Hi, Cardiovascular exercise is any exercise that raises your heartrate over a period of time - Cross-trainers or treadmills in the gym and walking, jogging, aerobics or dance are also good.

I was only thinking of these because with me, if I lose weight, (still have baby weight now from birth 2 months ago) I tend to go flat and formless because of lack of muscle-tone... as I get fitter everything 'perks up' and I have more waist and plumper boobs.

I must say though, I'm not tall 5'5", and when slim for me 8 1/2 stone No-one would ever describe me as a beanpole! I'm 9 1/2 - 10 stone now and as the weight's going I'm left with a formlessness that only exersise will sort out...

Is it really that bad?

Building up muscle in your bum and torso with weights may be the way to go - you could have a chat with a personal trainer down at your local gym... cheaper than surgery and if you don't get the results you'd like at least you'd know you'd explored other avenues... HTH
