I NEED SOME ADVICE/HELP URGENTLY - WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
I AM sticking to plan, hardly touching my extra's and am walking daily and doing some exercise once a week. I am not cheating but still my eight loss is very slow. I have in total prob 1.5 stone to loose. Please have a read and tell me what you think:

Week 1 = lost 4 pounds

Week 2 = stayed the same (didnt do anything differently)

Week 3 = lost 3 pounds

Week 4 = lost 1.5 pounds

Week 5 = put on a pound (again onyl had one "bad day" but I could of counted and used my extras to cover this

Week 6 = tomorrow but haved weighed on my scales and they are saying I have stayed the same

Did you have your period around about week two and around now? Have you been drinking enough water? Eating too much salt? Is there any particular part of your body that you need to lose weight from or is it distributed evenly? Can you talk me through a normal day's food?

nope no period, no salt dont have it at all, weight is probably around tum, thighs and abit off bust.

Im thinking that perhaps because I have only around 1-1.5 stones to loose this may be the problem/why weight is coming off slowly ....this is my weekly food in take:

morning - porridge or fresh fruit salad
mid morning - fruit - apple, banana
lunch - homemade soup, then rivitas with cottage cheese and toms or sometimes greek salad ie feta, black olives, maybe some tuna with crackers - fruit for dessert
dinner - salmon or something with vegs, afters WW dessert or biscuits or curly wirley etc...

Inbetween may have bag of WW crisps. One day a week I will eat what I want - usually after weigh in - not over indulge/eat alot just maybe have a sandwich for lunch and in an evening perhaps fish and chips - but surely woudl one bad night affect me that much????

do an activity once a week (just started this though) and walk when I can
so what do you think???

How big is the fruit salad and what are you putting in it? I know weight watchers say you can eat as much fruit as you want but a big fruit salad can have a lot of calories in it. Grapes and very ripe bananas are particularly high in sugar so should be eaten in moderation, berries are pretty low in sugar so you should try to eat them instead. You can make a very nice muesli type thing with some berries, 3-4 spoonfuls of rolled oats and a spoonful of seeds (e.g. sunflower, pumpkin and sesame). Maybe try replacing the mid morning fruit with some veg too.
Since you carry a lot of your weight around your tummy it might be worth you trying to eat a low GL diet since insulin causes fat to be laid down around your middle. Avoid high GI carbs such as potatoes (except new potatoes and sweet potatoes), if you're having rice then go for basmati, soy and linseed bread and sourdough bread are both low GI - try and have carbs make up about a quarter of your plate, protein another quarter and the rest be veg.
You should also cut out sugar as much as possible which is going to include the weight watchers deserts - watch out for things like high fructose corn syrup on labels which are just sugar by a different name. Low fat foods are terrible for having loads of sugar in them so be extra wary of these. If you do want something sweet then go for plain milk chocolate or dark chocolate as the fat cancels out some of the effect of the sugar, or diabetic ice cream/deserts. Most people have at least a mild sugar addiction so you'll probably feel a bit crap for the first few days as your body adjusts but after that you should feel better than you've felt for years and stop having sugar cravings (so best to cut out the sugar over the weekend if you work).
