Hi, I'm thinking seriously of trying WW for the first time - not hugely overwieght but the pounds are creeping up and I just can't shift them. I don't eat much processed/junk food anyway (no crisps/biscuits/burgers/chips) and I am more or less veggie (eat meat about once a fortnight). I just can't work out why I can't lose wieght (OK, maybe it's portion size and my addiction to cheese...
). My question is, does WW on-line work if you cook from scratch and are veggie? Are there enough menu options? Will I be able to work out points if I don't buy ready-made food? And finally, my doctor thinks I should try going wheat-free (I might have IBS) - just to make things more complicated. What on earth can I eat for lunch in the office?
