A space to talk openly about weight loss journeys and challenges. Mumsnet hasn't checked the qualifications of anyone posting here. You may wish to speak to a medical professional before starting any diet.

Anyone heard of this company?

Never heard of them but I'm deeply sceptical. The website just sounds like a lot of marketing speak to me. There's only one way to lose weight and you know it already, Dior
They sound to be vaguely along the same lines as Paul McKenna's stuff - ie., re-educating yourself to eat like a 'naturally slim' person. It does kind of make sense - but I'm just too blimmin' greedy.

The woman running it seems to have qualifications in NLP and hypnotherapy and has run a smoking cessation clinic. But quitting overeating isn't like giving up cigs. You may be able to identify a few triggers for overeating and develop strategies to overcome them sometimes. But the only thing that only seems to work is developing an ability to seek emotional support from other people, rather than food. Hence the success of groups like WW and SW (so long as people keep going to meetings). Which would be much cheaper I am sure than this outfit--it's got to be expensive if they're being cagey about stating the price upfront!

No that's what I meant, Dior - I knew you were a WW leader (and did wonder why you were looking at this lot )
